Perspective: You are handed a new piece of software and asked to use it for the first time:
Intuitive:
Usually this involves clicking on lots of small pictorial representations of the thing you are trying to do but without labels to help you figure out what the symbols mean.
There may also be many drop down menus and separate windows or a series of several tabs you have to open in order to do this or involve going up and down the whole length of a page to insert something by dragging it from a toolbar.
This isn't limited to software however. Web browsers and web based applications can also go about being "intuitive".
The key feature is you have to "play with it" to figure it out.
Macros and keyboard commands:
Those things you type to do things quickly so that you don't kill your mouse.
You sort of memorize the ones you use the most over time, and the ones that are the most useful for you to do what you're trying to do.
Counter intuitive:
When something makes sense because it is the opposite of what you'd expect to work or what seems to be the right way to go about doing something.
